I sew everthing together right-sides together being careful to leave a hole in the lining large enough to turn the bag right-side out. Then I carefully turn under the edges of the gap and topstitch close to the edge. I guess you could slip stitch it closed if you handsew. I hope that this makes sense. Thanks for the great ideas!!
