What can you do with all of your blocks?

Zagara made a table runner with guinea brocade and wax print cotton African fabrics.

Anne:made created this log cabin pillow with lots of great quilting lines.

This Quick Log Cabin Throw is comprised of one (very large) log cabin block,
using a nice selection of fabric. For a view of the entire quilt top visit Annieshouse.

You could also make a quilt like “Gayatri”‘s Blossom quilt!
It’s not too late to start your first (second, third… tenth) block! Take a look at the variety of designs from Week One, Week Two, Week Three and Week Four. For inspiration enjoy the Quilting Month photo pool. We’ll highlight blocks from Week Four of the Block-Along on Monday, March 3.

These are all SO lovely! I am completely in love with all of them, and want to steal them up out of the computer!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE these! I love the log cabin quilt, so classy!
Those are all so beautiful and inspiring!
You’ve inspired me! I’ve begun working on some whirlygig blocks. Now if I could ever figure out uploading to flickr I’d be set!
All these blocks and quilts are great! I need to find some time to “quilt along” before the month ends…
Fantastic quilts! It seems that no matter the fabric choices, you just can’t go wrong with the log cabin design. Especially like the table runner and single block quilt….gives me inspiration for my oriental fabric collection.
So much fun! I feel like I’m repeating myself, but it really is inspiring to see the unique and beautiful results of each week’s block. Great work!
Love those last two quilts, so pretty!
Isn’t it amazing what an incredible variety of looks you can get from one very simple block? That’s why I love patchwork and quilting.
there are some really great variations here!
Wow – what beautiful work everyone has done! The blossom quilt is beautiful.
I’m loving quilt month so much. I rush to your blog everyday to see the new inspiration. I’m going to be so sad to see it end.
I love that sparrow fabric on the quick throw quilt. The whole quilt is wonderful.
I love all the bright colors!
OK…I hae wanted to do a log cabin, but it looks like a lot of work. I could relaly make one giant block though! I am doing that!
They’re all so beautiful in their own way!
Great work – by all!
Wow, everyone has been way more busy than I have! The blocks are all lovely and the projects, even lovelier. I have to get going for week four!
i love the varieties. I get stuck in a rut sometimes of “how it’s supposed to be” when there’s no real “supposed to be”. It’s been a great month with you guys.
I love the rainbow center block and all the finished product examples!
They’re all so wonderful and I have to repeat what everyone else has said…so INSPIRING! I’m going to be sad when quilt month is over. SewMamaSew has become my home page
At least it’s a leap year! Thank you so much for a wonderful month.

They are all so beautiful! So many different looks from just simple block! I love patchwork!!!
i love the throw! maybe it helps that i a completely smitten with those fabrics, but i really do love the idea of just one huge log-cabin block. thanks for showing it!

Love them all!
WOW!!! I realy think I need to try a log cabin project!!
I love seeing all the different variations everyone is doing…they are all so beautiful! And I really love the last quilt pictured.
The big one, yes, that is my favorite.
Oh, these are all so fabulous. I can’t believe I missed week three.
wow, all so beautiful!
What wonderful fabric and color combinations.
I love the one giant block!
Oh my gosh! I’ve been looking for Asian fabric like that for MONTHS!
I love quilting month. So sad that Feb. is the shortest month and is almost over!!!
I love the idea of one giant log cabin block as a throw. That’s about the amount of cutting and piecing I think I can handle.
The last two are my favourite! I so want to make a quilt!
I was impressed by the blocks…then I scrolled down further and saw the projects–and I’m totally wowed!
These are so great! I particularly love the idea of making a quilt out of one large block. The piecing part is so time consuming and if you’re buying fabric any way, why cut it into a gazillion little blocks? Love it!
All these blocks are great!
I am a great lover of log cabins!!! It is the first block that I learned to make!!!
I adore the colors of the Quick Log Cabin. And I am wondering…what do you guys have planned to do next? Homemade Holidays, Quilt Month…Love your site!!
I love all the fabric combinations used for the log cabin quilts. They are all beautiful!
I think I could handle a table runner. Not to overwhelming and totally useful!
Wow, such gorgeous quilts! It is inspiring to see how log cabin can be done so imaginatively!

I love the throw made of one large Log Cabin Block! What genius!
I actually have a log cabin quilt in my queue of projects in the making. Seeing everyone else’s work has really been giving me a lot of inspiration and is motivating me to get this project started asap!!!
