Chawne adds, “This was a Christmas gift for my godmother in 2005. She really loves red and I love the antique look of red and cream together in any media, so this was a natural choice. It was one of the first quilts I ever pieced and helped me learn about the dangers of pressing biased edges the wrong way.”
