Thats pretty!
I love those colors!
Love the pattern! I’m not crazy about the colors but that is why we make our own quilts=) This goes on my list…
Very cool pattern. Makes a statement but at the same time looks simple enough for a beginner like me to be able to put together.
I’ve made this pattern before – it is so easy for beginners, or for a quick project with dramatic results. Thanks for reminding me to think of it next time around!
I love that with quilts you can change the fabrics and make a pattern from 1985 look fresh! Great quilt.
I love that! The colors are great, kind of retro but still very modern.
very retro!
This is super cool. I love the colors. very 70′s!
Wow- that is beautiful. It’s very striking!
nice!
I have an afghan my grandmother knit in the exact same colors. Lovely!!
Ooohh! I love this (and it doesn’t look super complicated!)
I really like this pattern. Even though it’s simple, you know that she spent a lot of time considering it’s size! She did a great job!
This is the pattern my quilt shop uses to teach beginning quilters – they use the pattern out of Eleanor Burns’ book, but she calls it ‘Candy Cane Lane’. I’ve also seen other older quilts called ‘Brick Wall’ or ‘Brick Path’. I think I like Lightning Bolt best tho, LOL. Guess it depends too on the orientation of the rectangles and the colors. Very versatile pattern.
I really like those colors… so bright and happy!
Perfect color combo to go with the cat print!
I “sew” love this! I want to make both yesterday and todays…..And there’s 27 more days in February. My mind is spinning!
Very striking. Sorry, bad pun…
Wow, how bold! I love it.
Rad! And super cute cat art on the wall, too! It goes so great together!
In my mind’s eye I see this pattern used with flowery fabric. The lightening bolts would look like magnificent flower beds.
That is just so pretty. I love the way the colors look in that design. Bravo!
Regina (in comments above) says this is an easy quilt for beginners! Great! {that makes 19 quilts on my “to make soon” list… I think this can be classified as an addiction} Thanks for sharing.
The pattern is great, i´d love to see this on shades of blue (like aqua and turquoise), greens and some mokka brown on it
I love how these colors work together an really pop!
which came first, the poster or the quilt?
looks like a fun quilt.
I love the colors! And that cat print/poster is to die for.
I love everything about it. I might even be able to pull this one off!
WOW!!! Impressive!!!!
With friendship,
Lisa
nice
Great quilt! I’m digging the retro feel for sure!
I love it! Very Striking!
That’s neat!
I can’t tell if it’s hand-tied or not?? Very beautiful work! I admire the striking contrast of color. Nice
wow i love that!
This reminds me of one my mom made and had on our wall most of my childhood, I wonder what she did with it…
I’ve made it with a pattern called Streak of Lightning…….it’s so easy and looks so great. Especially with a set of coordinated FQs.
Beautiful quilt. Very striking and visually pleasing.
cool retro colors and it looks easy enough to try!
Very nice!
Very nice. The colors remind me of my childhood.
I love the way the colors work together with the zig zags! How fun!
I am going to see if I can find that pattern somewhere. Very cool!
Oh wow… I love this
This is so cool and could change so easily depending on the fabric you choose!
Beautiful quilt!
I love how the colors in the poster go so well with the quilt! This pattern would be great in so many different colors. (Would also be interesting with print fabrics, too.)
Wow! I don’t remember seeing that pattern before. Looks good…I’ll have to give it a try.
Wow…cool effect. And very 70′s.

Love it, it’s very bold!
Gorgeous!! Would have never thought a solid color blocked quilt could be so eye catching!
Love the colors
Very pretty quilt!
Very pretty.
Wow that is fabulous, what a great centerpiece for a room.
Great for people who have trouble matching seams….like…um…ME!
Very cool!
I love this! The colours are excellent and as Violet said, very 70s! (the style and colours actually remind me of an afghan)
Super-Duper site! I am loving it!! Will come back again – taking you feeds also, Thanks.
