beautiful!
So simple and so beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration!
Beautiful! What a brilliant idea to offer small cuts of the Liberty fabrics. And mixing the prints with the white is stunning. Thanks for sharing all your tips and quilts with us this week!
Beautiful colors – what a nice gift!
soo… sweet!! and the quilting is just beautiful. Love it!
very nice quilt – enjoyed seeing it!
gorgeous! I wonder if shops around here would do that… I’ll have to ask- can’t hurt, right?
lovely quilt and a great gift!
Just beautiful
Very nice! I love all the different colors and prints.
Lovely. I wish we could get small cuts like that here!
Beautiful quilt! I love the fabric and how the white squares give it a little something extra.
love it!!!
Oh man! I wish they offered little cuts of liberty fabric here! I’ll have to keep an eye out the next time I go to Japan!
Very sweet! This is a great idea for my little ones “babies” They would need matching of course
Love it! so pretty! My little one is so into dolls that a doll quilt is rapidly becoming necessary.
How the cream colour makes the quilt so wonderful clean, i love it!
So lovely!
Is it weird to want to be a doll so that I can sleep under this quilt? I LOVE this quilt. Beautiful.
I really wish I had a shop nearby that sold Liberty prints in smaller bits and pieces. I think I need to try hand piecing after reading the previous post.
Such a sweet little quilt!!
Very simple. Proves you don’t always have to sew a million pieces to be beautiful.
i love it!
White looks to be the best compliment to all the beautiful and colorful patterns from Liberty.
Just beautiful!

This is so very beautiful — just breathtaking.
What a lovely quilt. So beautiful in its simplicity. I kind of play at putting quilts together so I’m not very knowledgeable — what technique creates the raised panel effect in the white squares?
The fabric is beautiful!
So delicate and sweet!! I love it!! Thanks for sharing this! Libby
beautiful quilt. the patterns lend themselves to such small squares. I love that japnese shops offer small cuts of pricey fabrics! We should adopt that practice!
that quilt is amazing!
With friendship,
Lisa
That has me heading to my stash. I have a couple granddaughters who would love a pretty quilt like this.
Love, love, love, love, love this quilt!
it would be so nice to be able to get smaller pieces of the liberty fabrics, this quilt shows how you can turn those tiny pieces into something gorgeous!
I’m loving this quilt a day feature – thanks for scouring the web for so many truly beauteous quilts!
I love it! I need to consider doll size quilts – I always think I have to do a larger size like twin, full, queen etc. Seems so overwhelming so I never start – these smaller sizes don’t seem like such a huge mountain to climb. Beautiful work!
So sweet and homey! What an inspiration to sit and make my own little quilt for decor or dollies….
I love all the different floral prints and then how the blocks of white hold them all together. It is like a beautiful little garden.
I love that idea of buying a bunch of small pieces!
I have the same question as jennifer (up three comments) what technique creates teh raised panel effect in the white squares?
How fun to use the liberty prints!
This is really lovely!
I LOVE this one–what a fabulous palette!
My mom makes quilts like these. I am the proud owner of several. Thanks for sharing so many great ideas! Maybe I’ll try it myself – these pictures sure make me want to.
This is driving me nuts! I have a new quilt to design and I’m am getting overwhelmed with all this wonderful inspiration.
So beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
Love this one!

Simply beautiful
wow! I love the idea of small cuts of Liberty… i’ve never felt i could afford it
love it!
I really like how she quilted the white pieces to make them look three dimensional.
Gorgeous! I would like to make something similar for my daughters.
This is gorgous. I love the fabrics. Maybe I will take up quilting.
I love the Liberty prints too bad they are so expensive. While in London 20 years ago i bought 1/4 meter.
This doll quilt is so beautiful. It would be a dream come true having more variety of quilt fabrics here. Quilting, in Brazil, is something that is now beginning to be known, and popular, and is still expensive, with just 2 or 3 fabric brands and most of notions are imported. We all hope that while growing its popularity, grows the variety of fabrics. The cotton industry here is strong but mostly for jersey and blends.
I love it!
Thank you for all of the comments! The white squares are machine quilted along the quarter-inch seam allowance, to make it look like hand quilting. So I quilted each square individually. This was a gift that I needed to get out, so I was definitely happy to finish it with my sewing machine.
This is so beautiful …I love quilts without structure. The variety makes if feel useful.
Lovely – the white really makes it pop.
This is so perfectly lovely!!
Love it.
Lovely! This a is a great way to show off a lot of prints.
I love this quilt and how the white really shows off the other fabrics. i just wish white wasn’t so impractical around this house…
beautiful!
and it’s all mine! er, I mean, Phoebe’s. it’s so beautiful in person. I spend (seemingly) hours gazing at its awesomeness while I’m rocking Phoebe to sleep.
So pretty!
Very nice. I love how she used one solid color for every other one.
This is a beautiful quilt!
Beautiful! I love this quilt.
I want to see this one close up….it looks so crisp.
This is fabulous. Thanks so much for sharing all of these inspiring quilts this month. I wish I had more time and could get more done!
Gorgeous! I love the mix of the white blocks.
I need to touch it! I’m sure you know that feeling
Such lovely delicate fabrics for a small quilt ….. what a nice addition to a nursery.
what a sweet quilt
I adore this type of quilt! And this one is beautiful!
I have been looking at doll quilts for a while and at first I thought–hey, I don’t have kids yet and I don’t have any dolls, why would I want to make a doll quilt? After seeing so many lovely doll quilts like Jennifer’s I started to realize more and more that I need to get try making a doll quilt myself! There are so many projects I want to do and so little time and I think that doll quilting will allow me to get a more immediate gratification than the weeks/months it takes me to finish a full size quilt. Nice job Jennifer!!!
Really lovely!
I absolutely adore that! I have to find some way to make something similar.
I like this project very much, can make a great present! Thanks for sharing with us.
