I've just been sewing for a couple years and I love it, but patterns are so intimidating for me. I've yet to even attempt using one! I've learned mostly through online tutorials with lots of pictures, and just copying things I like by looking at how they're made. I'm definitely a visual-spatial learner, and I really have to grasp and be able to visualize how something is put together before I can even begin the first step. Maybe one day with these tips I'll be brave enough to attempt some clothes using patterns! Thank you so much!!
