(Tried to post this earlier, but guess it didn’t go through.)
The cards are great — I made them myself this year — but they should be credited to Robert Sabuda (http://www.robertsabuda.com/popmaketreepiece.html), as they are on the WikiHow page, but not here or on Curbly’s page.
Do you have any idea how many new bookmarks I have because of these gift guides??? Thanks!!!

Thanks for sharing your printable gift tags! I love the idea of a personalized holiday rubber stamp, too!
The pop-up Christmas tree is a design from reknowned pop-up artist & children’s book author, Robert Sabuda. The original pattern (and many more) can be found on his website: http://robertsabuda.com/popmakesimple.asp. The Curbly site took it from Wiki-how, which credits Sabuda but Curbly did not include the credit to him. Folks need to be careful about crediting the original designer/artist whenever they copy something to their own sites, as I’m sure all SMS crafters would agree!
I’ve used several of Sabuda’s patterns to make cards for family and friends, and they are always a big hit.
I am delighted with the Furoshiki instructions…thank you so much!
Those cookies have my mouth watering! And I love the idea of wrapping with fabric!

Wow! I just stumbled onto your blog and I’m so happy I did. With drastic financial changes this year I’ve been so stressed about Christmas for my daughter. Love the tags!
Thanks for the template for the gift tags – adorable designs!
What a great month of inspiration. Love the Furoshiki instructions, since my mother-in-law brought me a nice piece of Japanese Fabric for this very purpose, but no folding instructions.
We’ve made those paper stars with great success! (It’s a tradition at our house that my kids (all grade school aged) make ornaments for grandparents and special friends.)
Patchwork cards! Too cute!
Thanks for the gift tags! We’re going to try the paper stars too.
Thanks for including the wrapping inspiration too! Sometimes I think that’s my favorite part! Our family has a wrapping contest each year, and one of these times, I want to win!
Love the fabric cards. So cute!
The patchwork cards are really cute.
Thank you so much for the printable gift tags!
I have a charm pack that would make such cute cards. I think I’m going to give that a try!
I love to make those moravian stars using ribbon! Sometimes, if the ribbon is too flimsy, I use spray starch and a hot iron to make each fold stay put. They are so pretty, and I love to hang them above the island in my kitchen!
I’m eager to try the molasses crinkles – to see if they are as good as my Mom’s recipe!
Thanks for the month of great ideas. Loved them all!
Those cookies look delightful! I am busily sewing for a truly handmade holiday and have challenged my family to a handmade gift exchange…and they have graciously accepted!! A new tradition is born. Thanks to SMS for sharing and inspiring so many ideas again this year.

I love the patchwork cards and the paper star!
I am sad to see this month go! There were so many great posts. I love the star tutorial too! My house will be glowing!
November is over already??? darn
The custom stamp is totally adorable. I have that furoshiki template already printed, and I’ve been using it to wrap gifts. I’m trying to go for 100% fabric (or at least no purchased gift wrap – using wrap that I already own is okay), and the furoshiki is a quick alternative to making drawstring bags.
Thank you so much for all the great ideas this month!
These crafts are so cute!
I love the paper toys!
Don’t stop the ideas!!! This is the highlight of my day.
Thanks for the link to the paper toys. That fairy furniture looks great.

The fabric wrapping is a great idea!
Oh, I have enjoyed looking at your many, many gift ideas. We have been busy with making homemade gifts as well and I really enjoy seeing what others are doing and get new ideas to try. I would also love to win the $20 gift certificate.
Thanks so much for these, esp the gift tags! Last year I gave up on commercial gift wrap when I saw how well my daughter’s stamped kraft paper came out. I didn’t want to buy tags this year and now I have a much better solution than names on the scrap of papers!!! Thanks!!!!
