LOVE the playground mittens. Just may be the first knitting I do this year!
I live in Florida, so we don’t really have a need for sweaters, hats, scarves, and other warm things. But, I have made the wavy scarf in colors similar to the one at the top, and put the “scarf” on top of my dresser where I see it every morning. I have different “scarf” thing on most of my furniture (mostly because I hate dusting). They go right in the wash and dryer. I never thought about giving them as gifts, but I think almost everyone needs a dresser scarf. Thanks for the pattern. I think that will be the next one to try. Off to crochet!!!
so cute! love it!

Wow! I love those patterns! I’ve just returned to sewing after a 9 year hiatus (a.k.a. three kids and three moves across country). I’m thinking sewing may be my venue for allowing me to continue to be an at-home mom. We live in a very small community and I think other moms would love to have something fresh and unique to dress their little ones in. What mom wants to see the her little darling’s dress that she just purchased at the local department store on five other little girls in the same kindergarten class?
Ooh! I have been eyeing these patterns for some time for my girly-girl. And I love the Alma Park scarf! Thanks for all you do.
