Cute!
This belt is so cute. And what a great way to use up some of those long narrow strips of batting I have left after trimming up quilts! Excellent! Thanks!
Wouldn’t a new belt made out of ORANGE fat quarters brighten up my whole spring wardrobe? Yes, I think it would!
Hooray for a quiet weekend! I am going to make one of these for me and my daughter!
The info on your site is great, as usual. Thanks.
Belts are such a great accessory and so easy to make. Thanks for the new ideas.
i have GOT to get on this! i need more pretty belts!
I love this belt. Thanks for the great ideas and inspiration.
Great idea! I think I’ll make one of these this week.
What a great project. These would make great Christmas gifts!!
Very cute! These would make great gifts.
Super cute! I have to find my D-ring stash now
I am making me one of those!! Love it! When the kids go down to nap, my hubby is going to have to stay put while I go get some D-rings!!!
All of the belts you linked to are great! When I first started sewing garments, I used mostly prints, so a patchwork belt wouldn’t have worked for me. I’ve moved to sewing solids now, and I could really use a belt (or two, or…). Thanks for the pretty ideas!
Cute project idea. I’m not really into belts at the moment, but in the comments on one of the tutorial sites, someone mentioned making a guitar strap this way – I think I’ll definitely have to do that!
Oooh, I have seen and love these but had never seen a tutorial until now, thanks!
WANT. Seriously, that’s perfect. I’m going to have to dig through my stash and make somewhere about a dozen.
Wow! A great tutorial. I can’t wait to try this. My daughter has been asking for a belt and this will be perfect.
So cute! I think I’ll add this to my list of Christmas gift ideas for this year.
Great idea! I had come across the Juicy Bits belt tutorial a while back but had forgotten about it until now!
Love those colors, great idea!
LOVE this! I can’t wait to make one of these. The fabric selection is super cute too. Nice work!
Who would have thought that one could make belts…certainly never crossed my mind.
That belt is so great. I really to make a few Thanks!
Fun! I just found some d-rings in my sewing stuff the other day!!
What a novel idea. So cute and Hip.
Thanks for the project. I just ran across my d rings this morning. Now I just need to do it.
Another project I can’t wait to make!
I’m using this tutorial this weekend to make a new leash for my dog using the
hardware from the old leash!
The old one is really ratty. This will be a great improvement!
Very nice!
I love this project! And thank you for the tutorial. I think I will make one for my daughter and one for my son!
love those scrappy belts! thanks for the link to mine. my tip to add to the tutorials…I use double sided fusible Peltex 72. Gives a really nice body and the fusible makes a nice base to wrap the patchwork around.
Cute idea. But belts went by the wayside after childbirth. No more tucked in shirts for this mama.
So cute. Can’t wait to get started.
Great Tutorial and the Belt is very Cute.! Thanks
Great belt! It’s on my list.
Oooh, this could be used for some other strappy type things too – guitar, camera, etc. Thanks so much!
I’ve been looking for a good belt tutorial, but they always seemed like the belts would be so flimsy. I love the idea of using batting to give it some structure!
I love this belt. Have to make one for my daughter.
Thanks for these links! I’ve always wanted to make some of these with my scraps. Woo hoo!
Great idea, I love it!
Oh so cool!! These would make great gifts for my girlfriends and my teen daughter would love it too. There was a very similar belt in a store at the mall and was priced at $40!! I think I can make it for much much less. Thanks for all the great FQ ideas, I’ve been saving them all. Best, Ani
So cute! I love the belt. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! I’m going to use this for our next quilt retreat project.
Definately a project I will do! Thanks so much for sharing it.
Great Idea!
Thanks for the great tutorial…can’t wait to make some patchwork belts!
OH so perfect for the scraps from a set of napkins I made!!! hooray!
Oh, I cannot WAIT to make some!!!
My daughter’s school wears uniforms, but can wear any belt. I am going to make a few of these to add to her stash.
Cute belt! I have some charm packs that would be great for this project.
Another great idea for fat quarters. The month of February is not long enough for all the ideas you have! Thank you!
I love the versatility of this project. Fabric rocks!
Wow, gorgeous. Don’t know why it never occurred to me that I could make my daughter a belt… sure would have saved me a lot of gas, trying to find one she liked! Going to look through my stash with her later. Thanks!
Love these!!Love the tutorial.
ooh! Great idea – just what I need actually!
Very cute! A patchwork purse/bag strap would be very cute, too.
I’ve been looking for a cute belt pattern, and I think this one takes the cake. Yay!
Thanks for posting it.
I am truly loving the fat quarter ideas! What a great service you are providing to help us use our stashes of fabric just so we can buy more!
This is a great idea! I need to make something for my little niece for her birthday – this might be it!
This is a wonderful idea. I made some a few years ago out of wide grosgrain ribbon but this is even more flexible and fun!
That is a great idea! I could definately use a new belt or two!
cute! and the list grows…
I love fancy belts.
I love this. I’ll be whipping a few together for me and the girls. Thanks for the detailed instructions. It makes the creating a breeze!
Another thing to add to my must do list. i really do need some new belts

Such a great way to make a co-ordinating belt. Definitely one I’m going to try!
This is adorable! It would make a great purse strap too.
