I can’t believe I’ve won a Fiskars prize – thank you! congratulations to all the winners.
Congratulations to all the winners! I admit, I was coveting a new pair of Fiskars scissors (and would have welcomed any of the other neat-o prizes) but, truly, it was reward enough seeing the happy reactions from the recipients of my 10 bags. I’ve got more cut out and ready to sew today, and expect to continue the giving. Thanks, and best wishes for the New Year.
Wow great job everyone! I’m sad I didn’t get to participate, but I definitely will be making grocery bags for myself, friends and family to encourage their use. I already refuse plastic bags when I’m only buying a few things, but always forget my reusable bags so I’m always struggling to find my keys with groceries in my arms. One day that’s going to backfire.
wow, pretty incredible!
I am excited to be a winner. the bags were so easy to make and I look forward to making some more!
I didn’t make any bags this time, but I received one from the Green Bag Lady, and I use reusable bags all the time. Way to go sewers, and congrats to the winners!
Wow! How exciting! I can’t believe I won.
I was never a lucky person until I discovered Sew, Mama, Sew! Thank you so much! It was such a great project, too.
This is the very first time I have ever won a giveaway … YIPPEE!!!!!!
So exicting!! The recipients of the bags were all so happy, which in itself was great, and now this is the icing on the cake.
Thanks !!!
WOW – I won! yipeee. I must say. I think reusable bags are a fabulous gift to give anyone and everyone. Thanks so much SMS for the ‘push’ to sew these bags for the holidays.
oooh, when going through the linen closet yesterday I found a fitted sheet that the elastic had all failed in and I thought how it was still good fabric and could make some simple reuseable bags. Thanks for the reminder.
I won! Thank you so much! You gave me a great Christmas gift idea for my mother – and she LOVED them. I had the fabric sitting around, so it was a free Christmas gift and then I won – life is good! Congrats to everyone else who won and even more congrats to everyone who participated! That is amazing how many bags were made and plastic bags were saved!
Yay! I’m a winner?! So exciting!
