Here’s a sneak peek at one of the new Oliver + S Fall 2010 patterns! The Music Box Jumper can be sewn in two classic styles and is offered in sizes 6M – 4T and 5 – 12Y. This pattern is available for pre-order now and will be shipped on or soon after 9/7/10.
Pattern Info:
From the pattern package: Girl’s dress. Simple empire-waist jumper designed especially for beginning sewists can be worn alone or layered over a blouse or skirt in cooler weather. View A presents a softly pleated, mid-calf length skirt. View B gives an A-line skirt with a simple inverted pleat at center front and a decorative button tab detail. Both views button up the back.

Aww, I would love this dress pattern for my two girls! My Granny has gotten so she can’t sew very much anymore, she gave me a huge box of lovely wool in various weights, I can TOTALLY see a couple of them made into this dress!

I have never made an Oliver + S pattern. I really love all that I have seen. I like how they have a nice classic look and are not the ‘trendy’ look. They are just beautiful. This dress is a great example of the classic look that these patterns have. I love it!
