Although I hate the thought of being trendy, I am falling squarely within the trends. My once-despised orange is now calling to me, and I’m planning to make mug rugs for everyone on my Christmas list (so much more do-able than quilts for everyone).

Some of these examples are lovely. Sometimes I wonder if the trends build themselves when a few stellar individuals make something so glorious that we all want a hand in it!
