Schools almost here! Time to get sewing. I see a few different tutorials that I need to get to work on!
Ooh, how fun!!! My kiddos have already gone back to school, believe it or not! I’m hoping to make my daughter a ruffle skirt out of some of my now-too-big (hooray!) yoga pants very soon, though, and the ruffle top you have in the girl’s clothing link is super cute, too!

The pencil pouch tutorial is just what I needed! We were at the big box store today and pencil pouch is on the school supplies list. I commented to my daughter “I’m sure we could make cuter ones than that!”

I actually just started thinking about a pleated skirt pattern to go with a little houndstooth peacoat I just found for my littlest at the thrift store. But I guess it will be more important to both girls to make some all-a-flutter headbands first. They are such girlie girls. Thanks for a great roundup.
