Makeup Bag
A new makeup bag and a fresh set of brushes make a lovely gift for a friend, sister or cousin. I have a special person in mind for this one.
Fabric

Perfect Zip Bag
style A large

Interlining

Zipper
I decided to use an invisible zipper on this. It just seemed like a more elegant choice for this type of bag.

Toy Bag
If you ask my kids to grab the “bare essentials”, they’ll stuff their pockets with Playmobil and head out the door. Christmas morning they’ll find new toys bags with a few surprises inside.

I hope you’ll be inspired to use the Perfect Zip version B to create your own Bare Essentials Bag! Tell us, how else could you use this style bag to put together a great gift?

Could that toy bag be any cuter?
I think I’d put some little English paper piecing hexies, some fabric, tiny scissors, and a needle and thread in there. Sweet little sew on the go kit.
love the toy bag idea!
Great idea, I never thought of putting an invisible zipper into a bag/pouch before.
Definately useful as a knitting accessory carry-all.
Love the idea of a little toy bag.
fill with keys, lipstick and debit card and go holiday shopping…hands free!
Such wonderful bags! I love your fabric choices!
I think it would be great to hold pencils and pens. My daughter is always drawing and doodling and she needs something to haul her supplies around in.
A lovely gift idea for both the kids and a lucky lady.
These are so cute!
This would make a great teacher gift too!
Not just for kids as I have some arty friends who carry their pencils/pastels/paints everywhere and the wrist loop would free a hand to carry other things, like easels!
Cheers,
Robyn
Using two fabrics on the bag made it so attractive. Have made similar bags, but the fabric really makes a difference.
So many great uses. I’d definitely be putting some toys for my boys in this.
Cute!
I love it for holding little toys. My 4 year old is always running off with any bag she can find. Because she needs to carry lots of schtuff with her. Maybe I should make her a bag-of-bags for Christmas!
I love making little zip bags!
What cute bags! Tons of uses for them. Thanks for sharing.
I’d put art supplies in it for my nieces and nephews.
I like your fabric choices.
Lovely zip bags!
Very useful for students!
Lots of things could be stored in that bag. Too cute!
This would be great for my teenage daughters.
i like it.
I can think of a lot of ideas for those. It would nice to have a clear window on it so you could quickly see what’s in it.
love the little apples fabric!!
