Sorry that I spaced putting that in the tutorial ;( It was made as a "one size fits most" from about a girls size 4 and up to about a girls size 8 or 10 depending on the girl. You could always copy the pattern at 80 percent for a smaller girl and make a muslin to test sizing...thanks! Someone emailed about the size of the capelet.
