Portland really gets into Halloween. There are so many Halloween events, not just for kids but for dogs too. It’s great, so much fun for everyone.

I’ve seen these painted and even made a set of felted/embroidered “conversation” stones for a friend (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=411536.msg4861251#msg4861251), but I never would have thought to use fabric scraps on them. Thank you for the concept!
