Happy New Year! We would love to have you as a contributor here at Sew,Mama,Sew! in 2013. Email us with your ideas for projects, skill-based tutorials, round-up ideas, essay proposals or other ways you’d like to be involved. We want to learn from your skills, creativity and vision! We love to quilt in winter so we’re especially interested in quilt blocks or new techniques. Let us know specifically if you’re up for a January tutorial/post, and send links to things you’re proud of so we can get a good sense of what you do. When you post with us we give you lots of exposure to new readers and we also give you some beautiful new fabric!

Hello, my name is Kate Iam from Czech Republic. My big love is sewing. Since 2012 I started to write projects for one czech sewing magazine and sell my patterns at my little eshop with buttons and ribbons.
If you like toys patterns I can prepare some for you. I already publishet one pattern also at Patricia Bravo blog.

If it must be with patchwork it is no problem to make some part of toy with patchwork pattern, but mainly I love to mix materials like cotton fleece.

I recently started making prairie points. There are plain ones, lined (2 fabrics) and pp using decorative stitches. I would love to do a tutorial on prairie points.
