I'm a big fan of sewing and I often make my own pieces of clothing or other decorative items. Looking at your photos what immediately came to my mind was my favorite fabric store called <a href="http://juliekinnear.com/blogs/fabric-stores-toronto.html" rel="nofollow">King Textiles in Toronto</a> where I usually find everything I need to design my own products. I have to admit I sometimes spend hours and hours just wandering round the shop trying to find some inspiration for my next pieces. And honestly your blog is a great source of inspiration as well.
