Awesome, I actually saw this pouch on Anna’s blog (via OnePrettyThing I think) and thought it was great. I’m glad it’s featured here too!

I love this wallet. I’ve made snap ones but never one with a zipper. A new adventure.

This is really close to the wallet of my dreams. I want one with a zippered pocket for my change, one slot for cash and one slot for credit cards. So, I’m thinking that I can change the side pocket to two pockets and that would be the ticket for me!

I am a beginner and always looking for tutorials on the web that I can use to try and learn new sewing skills…this wallet caught my eyes and last night I decided to give it a try….took me less than 2 hours including time to use my seam ripper (got the pull tab from the zipper sandwiched between the lining and the exterior, not so practical!!). I just loved making this wallet and I am going to make some more to give as presents! Thanks for a great tutorial, very clear and great pictures!!
