Love the pet bed! I’m convinced that if I make something for my cats to sleep in, they won’t touch it. Sleep in my pile of fabric? Sure. But sleep on something they’re allowed to be on? Yeah, right.

I like the dog bed. Looks simple and tidy.

  37. Kelli responds:
    Posted: November 21st, 2007 at 1:08 pm →

Thanks so much for putting together these tutorials. I love that more and more of us are kicking the commercial habit and relying on our own skills and creativity to meet our needs. Woo hoo! (A little designer fabric to help us along is always nice too.)
As for pillows — they are pretty much my sewing nemesis. I love to sew pillow cases and small pillows but they never fit the pillow forms properly. They are always either a tad too big or a too small. Frustrating!

  38. Stacey responds:
    Posted: November 21st, 2007 at 1:31 pm →

I want one of those bunny pillows for myself!!! So whimsical.

Love the bunny pillow! I just finished my first Amy Butler gumdrop pillow – easy sewing, the hardest part was stuffing it with the 10 bags of filler! whew! But love the pillow and now I want one for myself! Happy Thanksgiving and happy sewing to all!
