I think this might be the best batch of tutorials yet! I love that square bottomed bag and the casserole carrier! And the little apron dress is adorable. Thanks!

This is why we don’t need sewing books. There are so many talented sewists out there whose tutorials are even better than what we can find on sewing books.
These are so beautiful, but what I have to try for sure is Roller Coasters. The coasters are very original and it seems easy to make them.
    I also like best bibs!

I think the little lunch bag looks easy and could give good fabric satisfaction! I’ve also added Ayumi’s blog to my faves…it’s new and I’ve seen other things from her and I think she’s someone to watch. Her camera case is lovely too and she has good clear pictures and instructions. Not bad for someone who doesn’t regularly speak or write in english!!!

I’m in l-o-v-e with the quilting tuts – the multi-stripe baby quilt as well as the “writing” (I’ve been sying to know how that’s done. Thought you had to have a fancy machine!) But, I have to say my fave is the apron dress, only because I know that my kid would live in this all summer with her bathing suit under, lol. Such wonderful ideas!!!

The boot cut to bermudas tutorial is seriously *exactly* what I was looking for. I have a pair of cutoffs I cut off last summer (and the denim from the rest of the leg) and I’d been trying to figure out how I could neaten them up. I can’t wait to try this!

Glad to hear that people are finding the jeans to bermudas useful. I figured that I can’t be the only one with old jeans gathering dust.

OK, the apron tutorial has a little tip in there about turning a narrow tie…it’s worthy of its own tutorial. It’s short and sweet, but covers a topic that many of us always wondered about. Very smart and usable for so many things.
