    Oh my goodness. I think I may be able to check everyone off my list with all of these gift ideas. Cat = done! I think I’m going to make her the dog bed because for some reason she believes she is of the canine persuasion!

    Ohh, thanks for the tutorial on the dog bed. I’ve priced them in the stores and just said, “No way.” And the dog collar? We are always buying new ones, I just may have to make one myself and save a few bucks.

    Oooh, this is the best prize yet! I can think of a few people who would appreciate the recycled dog collar or the dog bed this year. I have a love/hate relationship with these handmade for the holidays posts. Such fabulous, creative ideas that I would love to make, however my list of things to make for the holidays is already way to ambitious to be accomplished in time!

    The fleece pet bed with a snap blanket is a great idea. It’s not unusual to find my dog inside my duvet cover, so I think he would really like that kind of bed — if only I could get him out of my bed!

    The dog pictured in the dog bed tutorial looks like her puppy, but all grown up. Too cute!!!

    Interesting gift ideas! I’m hoping that you do a post on teacher gifts, or gifts for sporty people. My daughter is at an adaptive preschool and I have ideas for the music therapist / teacher thanks to the “gifts for music lovers” post but I am completely stuck on what to give the male gym teacher.

    Such cute ideas! I love this whole month of gifts, and these are all good ones! I hate lists of gifts that include so many that are way too expensive or just weird or too – specific, for lack of a better word. Not applicable to everyone. This is all so customizable – specific in a great way! My parents just bought a puppy, so he may be getting his own gift this year… :)

    My cat might get that dog-sized bed for Christmas. He’s a huge beast of a thing and is way oversized for normal cat beds. I’m pretty sure that my stitches wouldn’t hold up to the wear and tear that either one of the cats would put on a toy though, so I’ll just stick to buying them at the store.

    The treats would be the perfect gift for our friends that raise assistance dogs with us. Our puppies are allowed few treats, but peanut butter is one of them! A great motivater!
