Quelles belles couleurs printanières !
I love these! I’ve got one in my purse right now…
Love the projects and ideas I find here – thanks!
Cute gift to whip up in no time! They would make great party favors, too:) Thanks!
very cute! Great that you can wash them after a cold.
Those are very cute.
So cute. I love the twill tape, that’s a great finishing touch.
What a fun project!
I love tissue holders! As an allergy sufferer, I go through zillions of tissues and besides being cute as heck, tissue holders help keep those travel packs from exploding all over the inside of your bag. And the work to payoff ratio is great: you can zip one up in two minutes and add a lot of charm to a bag set:

These are great! I’m going to make several of these for friends and family now that allergy season is approaching.
these are beautiful and so much more stylish than the ones I made out of felt. thanks for sharing the idea!
These tissue holders are super cute! I have found that the new tissue packs you
buy in the stores open at the top rather than down the middle. I am trying to figure a
different way to make them. They make such sweet gifts for friends, neighbors, get wells,
etc.
These are so pretty and with cold season around …. these would surely get a work out!!
Rachel
I don’t think I’ve ever seen tissue holders this cute! I love the fabric!
Yea for fat quarters ..tons of fun
Aren’t those cute! I think I need to make some to stash away for gifts. Love it!
How cute!!! I love this place! I’m going to get me some fat quarters tomorrow (a sale!)
I have made over 60 of these and they are sweet to keep and give. I like to make mine more ‘boxy’ by squaring off/boxing the corner (about 1/4″ will do it)–before turning right side out. I love seeing the variety of ideas for each subject. Thank you!
these would make my cold better… maybe i’ll make one this week!
What a cute idea! I have tissues in my bag at all times and now they can wear my favorite fabrics too!
These are so adorable! It’s always fun to liven up something inherently dull like tissues. Thanks!
These are super cute and easy. This is a project I could get my little girl to make, she loves to sew and is always asking me to help her sew something. This would be a great teacher gift.
How cute! I love this idea (especially since we’re running through lots of tissues in my house at the moment). I would love to pull out something that cute when grabbing tissues, so I’m definitely making these.
I made fifteen or so of these at Christmas. People love to get these!
These would make great Valentine gifts for teachers. Especially since they have an assembly line quality to making them.
I tried this tutorial
http://www.amisimms.com/afrtihopa.html
…and liked it.
Here are my results

Those look pretty much perfect for me since my nose is always running. TMI I know. Those would be great in the car.
So cute!
i love these, what a fun way to carry tissues in your purse. Cute!
Those look really cute and what a fun way to use up some small bits of your favorite fabrics!
What a cute project. Maybe if I make one for my son with some cool David Walker Robots fabric he will be inclined to use tissues instead of his sleeve! PS – he is 5
LOVE THESE!!! I have made so many for friends who have been sick and they love them too!
My daughter needs one of these for school TODAY! But, she’ll have to wait until tomorrow! Thanks.
I love tissue holders! I made some for xmas and they were a hit. Thanks for the post.
I love making tissue holders. A fast and satisfying little project.
Here’s another link … http://www.amisimms.com/afrtihopa.html
Thanks for the chance to win again!
Those are adorable! This would be a great present for Valentine’s Day. We did if for teachers last year.
Those look so lovely in a basket together – like a mini cat bed.
How cute! I’d love to make a few of those tissue packs, they’re adorable and so handy.
These are so cute. And, as a mommy, there’s rarely a time when I go ANYWHERE without a tissue, so this will certainly come in handy. Thank you for the tutorial and other great links.
oh boy….these are adorable and my sneezy little body needs something cute to make it thru this cold!!!! Thanks for the chance to win some cute fabric. Love the inspiration I find at your blog. XXX Annie
Yeah for tissue holders! I have one in my car, one in my purse and my husband even carries one in his Timbuk2.
These are FAB!!!! I know I have some FQs laying around somewhere, i may need to whip some of these up tonight! THANKS!
This is a great pattern for tissue holders…I’m thinking about making a bunch to take to retreat in May for gifts. Thank you so much for all you do for us!!
hugs,
CheriS
These are great for little gifts! Thanks for the links!
What a great idea! I had never thought of tissue holders as a way to use fat quarters! Another reason why I love this blog.
I love the bright cheery fabrics pictured above. Tissues are so much nicer in a pretty pouch.
Oh, I love making tissue holders – or at least I should…A few years ago I made 55 of them as part of my spouse’s employees Christmas gift…
These look like a fun and quick project.
What a neat gift idea. You could probably make a lot of them all at once like an assembly line.
Sweet. Being runny nose time of year, this will come in handy!
So much more attractive than those plastic packages they come in!
cool project! it’s fun to see how they are all just a little different
Never enough fun tissue covers….nor fat quarters, either!!!
I’m loving this FQ series — keep it coming!
Cute tissue holders! They would definitely brighten up a winter’s cold!
Now that is really cute and very useful. These would even be cute as “Get Well” gifts!
I think tissue holders are a wonderfuol use of F.Q.s. Lettie, at Polka Dot Pineapple blog, has a tutorial for tissue holders too and lots of other good stuff!
http://mousechirpy-polkadotpineapple.blogspot.com/
I love these little tissue holders! I always have a stash of kleenex in my purse, and these make them so much prettier.
Those are so cute! I love making tissue holders.
I need something to spice up my purse. I think I’ll make one today!
I was given a gingerbread man tissue holder. Very Christmas-y. Seeing this post reminds me that I ought to make one for all seasons. Thanks for blogging. I truly enjoy it.
I found the Vacuum Queen tissue cover tutorial through your Handmade Holidays 2008 link. I used it very successfully to help my 8-year-old sister make a bunch for Christmas gifts. They were amazingly fast, and a great chance to experiment with fabric/trim combos. And she loved giving something she helped make.
I really like the trim (looks like twill tape?) on this version of tissue covers.
too cute!
Super idea! I love it!
Love these. It’s nice to see something bright and cheerful inside the mess I call a purse! Perhaps I can enlarge one and line with oilcloth for a quick wipes pack…
made some for christmas for the resident home I work at……they loved them. Thinking of making some more for Valentine’s day as gifts for them…..Great Idea for the men, we hardly ever make anything like this for the men…they also will love it.
I definately will be going to have a go at these, they are beautiful. Margaret
Neat idea. I need to try this.
Cute! I need to make some of these!
So cute & fast. I love quick cute projects. I think I’ll make some up with matching key fobs & zipper pouches.
oh i love these ones in particular!
These are super cute, great fabric choices!
For some reason I’ve never had the desire to make these things. I am so weird
these are much cuter then the little plastic wrapped travel packs you can get.
Neat idea!
Just what I need today(1 kid with sniffles). Just whipped one up for the diaper bag. Thanks
I made my first one yesterday and used one of SewMamaSew’s earlier suggested tutorials. Great idea.
Thanks for the cute Idea.
This is the best!! Thank you!!

Perhaps this will disguise the tissues in my purse so my kids don’t steal them!
perfect little somethin’ this time of year!
LOVE these…especially the colors you used in the presentation of the tissue holders in the bowl. It’s sooo inspiring.
Great idea! Love it!
Very cute and love me some fat quarters
It’s amazing how beautiful fabric can make ordinary things fun and attractive, even tissue holders.
I love the bright colors. These are not our grandma’s tissue holders, that’s for sure.
These are great! I think I’ll have to make a few… I’ve been looking for a small quick project, and this fits the bill. And besides, they’ll come in handy, my family are all coming down with a cold!
-Alice
I love these, with a toddler around there is always a nose to be wiped!
How nice for my purse.
oh please pick me for orange fats. I would love them and use them all! Such cute tissue holders,..
Oh I need to make one of these for my purse!
How timely! I just made a tissue holder from an online tutorial this week. I would love some fat quarters to make more
So cute yet so functional!
Such a simple project to make yet there are so many variations. Love the addition of the twill tape.
I’ve been meaning to make some of these, I like the look with the twill tape
This is great!!!
Thanks for posting these all month long. I have a huge amount of fat quarters to use up!
I’ve never tried making tissue holders before, but after seeing these lovely ones, I’m very inspired to try sewing them – thanks so much!
I love making tissue holders
The holders pictured here are really cute!
Cute!
so cute…so needed for me and my youngest!
I thought I would let you know that I mentioned your classic tote tutorial over at my blog yesterday. I love it! thanks.
This is a great way to use up some fabric and have a place to store my fabric tissues!
So far I’m lovin’ fat quarter month. It just keeps coming with the great ideas. I can’t wait for each new day to see what great ideas come along. Now if I could only find the time to make it all.
So easy! And cute!
I just found you and love all the FQ ideas! Thanks!
These are really fun!
These make me happy. Wish it was easier to find this bias tape though…
Oooh, now I have to add this to my list of things to make!! Very cute.
These are such a great addition to a gift.
This is a nice touch. I will make some this weekend as I just bought a pack of eight travel tissues and now can’t wait to give this a go. Thank you for sharing this project.
Very cute! I may have to try something like this.
I just love the colors in these tissue holders. Such a quick and fun gift to give. Especially now with the cold weather, I ‘m sure there’s a lot of runny noses out there.
~Carlotta~
This looks very professionally made yet also easy to do – I might have to try it! You could really have fun using different fabrics for these.
LOVE IT!! i just have to figure out a way to change slightly, as in England they have the tissues that open at the top… hmmmm, thinking…
These would make great gifts! Plus they look easy to make.
I will definitely be making my mom one of these. She loves having cute tissues.
I’ve made a handful of these, I even used the idea for a beginners sewing class that I teach. They were so easy that my 6year old wanted to make one for her teacher for valentines day, you can check out my blog at http://makccreations.blogspot.com to see pictures and read more.
